It’s hard to believe that working for the summer would be a break but it was, but phasing back to school has been been rough. I am in my final year of school and, although I am not taking that many credit hours, the classes are challenging and consume large amounts of time. I am finishing up my requirements for the internship on top of my class schedule, and that adds en extra layer of things to my busy schedule. However, it feels great to take on the challenges that I am faced with and I know things won’t be easy for this last year, but when I finally receive my degree it will feel well deserved! I don’t know what I want to do after college, but I feel that I have set myself up to be able to go in any direction that I choose! I want to thank the wonderful people at Environment for the Americas, as well as everyone at the San Luis Valley Monte Vista Bureau of Land Management field office, for all the opportunities that were afforded to me!
