We celebrated the Earth Day yesterday in Leavenworth, Wa.

Team Naturaleza had a booth with lots of educational materials. We showed a TN trifold display with maps and pictures. We also borrowed some materials from the USFS. We had furs, claws, skulls, teeth, rubber scats and rubber paws of Cougar, Bobcat and domestic cat.

We also had bird rubber feet for the kids to touch and play. Kids and adults learned about adaptations and types of habitats for birds with these materials. We also had sheets of bird day to color.

It was very fun and people seemed interested in attending to Nature walks and birding trips. IMG_4630 IMG_4629 IMG_4628 IMG_4627
